 2008 AUTUMN SYMPOSIUM
 

The 2008 Autumn Symposium took place at the Defence Academy of the United Kingdom, Shrivenham
on  16 October.  The theme was "Applications of Defence R&D".

Presentation topics were as follows: 


• Stealth technology; the art of the invisible by Professor Barry Chambers
• The Defence man - machine interface by Peter Skinner
• German communications systems by Arthur Bauer
• 50 years of radio R&D at Racal by Keith Thrower
• Shrivenham remembered and re-visited by Eric Younson
  
  Proceedings will be published early in 2009.
