Russell Burns (Spring) Lecture - 9 May 2012
The 2012 Spring Lecture will take place on
Wednesday 9 May at the Defence Academy of the United Kingdom, Shrivenham.
Professor David Edgerton will deliver a presentation based
on his two recent landmark books: Warfare State,
describing Britain's eminence in deveoping armaments over the
half-century 1920-1970 and Britain's War Machine
emphasising the wealth of Britain's empire and the rich variety of its
military technologies.
